Runners' Day Camp

We are excited to share news of a spring camp series with you!

We are currently building out this webpage, but in the meantime, here's an itinerary to get excited about!

  • Rebecca Walter (Founder of EATreats), All-American + Team USA Cross country world team captain will lead sessions and discussion on:
    • goal-setting
    • training phases
    • injury prevention and recovery
    • running philosophy
    • trail vs road running and racing
    • visualization
    • group run suitable for all abilities

 

  • Carly Dunnuck of Jade-Moss.com will speak on holistic methods of fueling, recovery, dynamic warm-up and cool-down. Carly will lead us in a short workout, followed by breathing exercises.
